Policies
Damages: All shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported to Mixing Whimsy within 10 days. You must get a Return Authorization number before sending back any merchandise. We will not accept anything that is sent back to us without a Return Authorization.
Returns: Mixing Whimsy's policy is to extend house credits or exchanges for any returns. We do not offer refunds. Custom orders: Custom orders require payment in full at time of order. There are no returns on custom orders.
Cancellations: Any cancellations made on regular orders must be done within 1 week of original order date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping: Mixing Whimsy ships within 3-4 weeks, and longer during holidays and trade shows. We ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
All items are handcrafted with love in the U.S.A. Slight variations and imperfections are part of the hand crafted process and are not considered flaws.
